- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-045-9769 / YPG04225000614, P/N: 4F61098-104A REV ?H?. Export Control & Configuration Control applies. An ?Export Control? Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This is a critical application item. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract for 14 each with a 100% quantity option. This solicitation has a First Article / Pre-production approval required by government testing. First article sample size is one (1) each. The required delivery schedule is 180 days ARO: delivery of First article units, 180 Days AFAA: delivery of production units, FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
