Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Pollinating Insect- Biology Management Systematics Research, Logan, Utah, requires one new Real Time PCR Detection System. Deliveries shall be made from Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-050-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 13, 2004 BY 5:00 P.M. MDT. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED SOLICITATION. The NAICS is 334516 with a small business of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-050-82HW-04, which will be available on or about August 30, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
