Description

NATO C3 Agency (NC3A) Official Notification of Intent to Invite Bids under Limited Competition for the Procurement of Geographic Data and data acquisition as part of the overall project to provide Cartography (geographic information system). NC3A intends to procure the data through the use of current BOA procedures. The Invitation for Bidding (IFB) and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) package will be UNCLASSIFIED. The RFQ is planned to be issued in November 2004 with a bid closing date in December 2004 and contract award in January 2005. THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DOES NOT SERVE AS THE CONTRACTING AGENCY FOR NATO PROJECTS. THE NATO AGENCIES AND/OR NATO MEMBER COUNTRIES ARE THE CONTRACTING ENTITIES. YOUR FIRM MUST BE CERTIFIED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE IN ORDER TO RECEIVE BID MATERIALS FOR THIS PROCUREMENT.
