- Readjustment Counseling/Homecoming to eligible veterans referred by the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Hudson Valley, NY. Readjustment Counseling to provide a Social Worker, Psychologist, Psychiatrists, or other counselors individually or in concert; to amelior social, psychological or behavioral impairment which interferes with individual veteran i.e. Vietnam-era to all post war combat and present war combat theaters, relationships or overall ability to cope with problems encountered in daily life. This service will be established for the following counties in New York: Dutchess; Rockland and Putnam.
