IV 300D (XP softwear/hardwear), 1ea; PN: LCD-PRJ, LCD Projector, 1ea; PN: NV-AUTO-808, Night Vision Device (High Resolution), 1ea; PN: CST300-TL, Weapons Trunk Line, 2ea; Exchange Customer Laser Disk for DVD, 5ea; PN: F3-CMP, Ceiling Mounted Projection Kit, 1ea; PN: HST-FIR, Hostile Return Fire, 1ea; PN: RF-16FS-SC, FATS SRS (5.56 Fully Sensored Rifle) Simulator, 1ea; PN: BF9MM, Beretta M9 Simulator, 6ea; PN: RF-203/16-SC, M203 Simulator, 2ea; PN: SA-870-SC, Remington Model 870, 20 Gauge, System Controlled,1ea; PN: DIG-UPG-WEAPON, Upgrade Weapon to Digital System (M-16), 6ea; PN: RF-M4-SC, FATS SRS Carbine Rifle (With top Rail), 5ea; No PN: WIRELESS ENHANCED FLASHLIGHT, 2ea; No PN: Hit Detect Camera for Flashlight, 1ea; No PN: Charging Station Carbine Rifle 9MM Beretta, 1ea; No PN: Charging Station Carbine Rifle (M-4), 1ea; P/N: 1012707, Night Vision Filter for PVS-7C, 4ea; PN: AUTH-OPT2, MPEG2 Authoring, with DV Camera and DV Non Linear Editing, 1ea; No PN: Pepper Spray, 4ea; 2 Year Service Contract; Certification Training at FATS; Inc On-site training/demonstration, 6ea This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and implementing the changes set forth in Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Brand Name Open Market request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4659-04-Q-0030. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as unrestricted. North American Industrial Classification Standard 333319 with 500 personnel applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination. Delivery will be coordinated with customer at time of delivery. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and can be viewed through Internet access at the Air Force FAR Site. Web address is http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Quotes will be evaluated on price and delivery requirements. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certification, Commercial Items (Nov 1995), apply to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of these provisions with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225- 7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program; DFARS 252.225-7002, Qualifying Country Sources as Subcontractors. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration (Nov 2001), prior to receiving any contract award, contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Contractors can obtain further information on the CCR database at the web site http://www.ccr.gov. Any award resulting from this solicitation will include DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (Jan 2004). Department of Defense (DoD) Appropriations Act of 2001, Section 1008 Electronic Submission and Processing of Claims for Contract Payments requires that any claim for payment under a DoD contract shall be submitted in electronic form. Wide Area Workflow - Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) is the DoD System of choice for implementing this statutory requirement. Use of the basic system is at NO COST to the contractor and training will be provided.
