Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format Subpart 12.6 as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requisition number, FA4427-04-Q-0032, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 and Defense Acquisition Circular DCN 20040625. The Federal Supply Class is 6150. The acquisition falls under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 335999 the associated business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition will be 100% set aside for small business. This request for quotation consists of the following items: ITEM 0001, Mobile Electric Roll Positioner with 60? Max Rool Width, 100? x 36? x 60? tall, 110 Volt, Power Controller, Floor Lock, 18? Maximum Roll Dia. 150-LB Capacity Per Roll, 5? Casters, Two Ridiged, Two Swiver. PART NUMBER 572-B. QTY: 3 EA. ITEM 0002, Mobile Electric Roll Positioner with 72? Max Rool Width, 100? x 36? x 60? tall, 110 Volt, Pwer Controller, Floor Lock, 18? Maximum Roll Dia, 150-LB Capacity Per Roll, 5? Casters, Two Ridiged, Two Swivel. PART NUMBER 572-C. QTY: 1 EA. This solicitation contains two line items. FOB point is Travis Air Force Base and items to be delivered no later than 30 Sep 04. The following provisions or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation-Items, paragraph (a) to this provision is completed as follows-Evaluation Factors: Price Only. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. Quotes without this provision will not be considered for award. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items will be incorporated into any resultant Purchase Order by reference.
