Description

It is the intent of the Naval Medical Logistics Command to award an interim bridge personal services contract for Dental Services in the Mid-Atlantic region as follow-on to an expired Multiple Award Task Order Contract in anticipation of award resulting from a solicitation for Dental Services to be released at a future date. An interim bridge contract shall be issued to Medtemps, Inc., 433 Metairie Road, Suite 310, Metairie, LA 70005 for 15 FTE Dental Assistants and 11 FTE Dental Hygienists for Naval Dental Center (NDC) Camp Lejeune, NC; 5 FTE Dental Assistants and 7 FTE Dental Hygienists for NDC Parris Island, NC; 1.5 FTE Dental Hygienists for Fort Monroe, VA; and 1 FTE Dental Assistant and 1 FTE Dental Hygienist for NDC Southeast, Jacksonville, FL. Period of performance for each interim bridge contract is 1 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05. This acquisition is Restricted. Sole Source: In accordance with (10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 5.302-1 Only One Responsible Source for each contract. Place of contract performance: Various Naval and Army Dental Treatment Facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
