- NO SOLICITATION TO BE POSTED, ONLY SYNOPSIS. It is the intent of the Naval Medical Logistics Command to initiate five interim bridge personal services contracts for a one-year period with option to extend by an additional nine months for Ancillary Medical Services in the Southeast region as follow-on to expired Multiple Award Task Order Contracts in anticipation of awards resulting from Solicitation N62645-04-R-0008. The one-year interim bridge contracts shall be issued as follows: 1) Professional Performance Development Group, Inc., 7272 Wurzbach Road, Suite 1504, San antonio, TX 78240 for 1 FTE Pharmacist and 1 FTE Medical Assistant for Branch Medical Clinic (BMC) Athens, GA; 2 FTE Pharmacy Technicians, 2 FTE Medical Assistants, 4 FTE Phlebotomists, and 3 FTE Registered Nurses for Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL (NHJAX); and 5 FTE Medical Assistants for Naval Ambulatory Care Clinic (NACC) Kings Bay, GA. 2) Saratoga Medical Center, Inc., 11094-D Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA 22030 for 1 FTE Pharmacy Technician for NACC Kings Bay, GA; 2 FTE Phlebotomists, 1 FTE Physical Therapy Assistant, and 1 FTE Medical Assistant for BMC Mayport, FL; and 8 FTE Medical Assistants for NHJAX. 3) Lanier Enterprises, 1220 L Street NW, Suite 100-398, Washington, DC 20005 for 12 FTE Pharmacy Technicians, 1 FTE Clinical Pharmacist,7 FTE Pharmacists, 2 FTE Medical Laboratory Technicians, 21 FTE Medical Assistants, 1 FTE MRI Technologist, and 2 FTE Registered Nurses for NHJAX; 4 FTE Pharmacy Technicians, 3 FTE Pharmacists, and 4 FTE Medical Assistants for BMC Mayport, FL; 1 FTE Pharmacy Technician for BMC Athens, GA; 1 FTE Pharmacist and 1 FTE Phlebotomist for NACC Kings Bay, GA; 1 FTE Pharmacist for BMC Atlanta, GA; 1 FTE Pharmacist and 1 FTE Medical Assistant for BMC Albany, GA; and 1 FTE Medical Laboratyr/Pathology Technician and 1 FTE Medical laboratory Technologist for the Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA. 4) RGB Group, Inc., 4141 N Miama Ave, Suite 210, Miami, FL 33127 for 1 FTE Pharmacist for NHJAX and 1 FTE Pharmacist for NACC Kings Bay, GA. 5) Medtemps, Inc., 433 Metairie Road, Suite 310, Metairie, LA 70005 for 2 FTE Pharmacy Technicians for NACC Kings Bay, GA. Period of performance is 1 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 05 for each extension to the interim contracts. This acquisition is Restricted. Sole Source: In accordance with (10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 5.302-1 Only One Responsible Source for each contract.
