Description: Service: The Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to award a single indefinite-delivery-indefinite quantity type contract, for commercial support of the Defense Information System Network-EUROPE covering all components of the System to include but no t limited to: the Elekectronisches Waehl - System Digital family of telephone switching systems installed within the Department of Defenses European theater, the Switching Control Center Network Management System, Remote Operations and Maintenance Cent ers, Peripherals, HIPATHs, Smart Commander, Voicemail, Conferencing Services, the remnants of the European Telephone System (ETS) Network of KNS- 4100 Telephone Systems. Services will also include training, remote diagnostics, and a 24 Hour a day 7 d ays a week hotline, data submission and software maintenance. Contract period is for 1 base year with 4 option years. Solicitation W912CM-04-R-0025 will be issued on/about 15 October 2004 with an estimated closing date by 15 November 2004.
