Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends on negotiating a sole source purchase order with Motorola Inc, 7230 Parkway Drive, Hanover, MD, 21076, for a quantity of three (3) each PRD 3500 digital portable repeaters to increase radio frequency performance in support of National Disaster Medical Systems (NDMS) pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The following contract line items are anticipated (quantity of two (2) each for each system): item 0001, Model P2068, UHF 403-433 Mhz -30W, item 0002, Model Q501, add repeater operation, item 0003, Model Q806, conversion Astro CAI operation, item 0004, model Q245, add duplexer, item 0005, model Q505, add V.24 wireline interface, item 0006, model Q506aa, add wireline remote, 8 wire, item 0006, model 30-80369E31, programming cable, item 0007, model RLN1015, smart rib, item 0008, model 30-80390B48, rib cable. The RVN5002 Quantar RSS is to be used for programming. Antenna will be 1-4 waive magnetic mount. No solicitation will be issue and this synopsis constitutes final notice.
