- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work to Resurface Exterior Basketball Court on Goodfellow AFB, Texas. NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990 and the size standard is $12 Million. In AccordanceWith Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1007(c), this acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. Offers or quotations under this acquisition are solicited from emerging small business concerns only. Offers that are not from an emerging small business shall not be considered and shall be rejected.The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Performance time shall not exceed 30 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered. The anticipated proposal due date is 23 Sep 04 with anticipated award date of 28 Sep 04. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist, SrA Richelle Stewart at (325) 654-3800 or faxed to (325)-654-5149. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27 Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The anticipated date for a site visit is 13 Sep 04 at 1300 PM in building 707, 17th Contracting Squadron. The exact date and time of the site visit and quote due date will be stated in the solicitation package. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order that will be awarded as a result of the quotations to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price giving a slightly higher preference to past performance. This solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps website on or about 6 Sep 04.
