Description

The Little Rock AFB Fire Department has a requirement for A/V equipment to be installed. There are two rooms that have to have DVD & VCR record capabilities along with complete A/V to coduct briefings and presentations. The anticipated date for posting of the solicitatioin is 10 Sep 04. A site visit of the location where the items are to be installed will be conducted on 10 Sep 04 @ 2:00pm (central standard time). All interested contractors MUST e-mail SSgt Jeff W. Morris at jeff.morris@littlerock.af.mil in order to attend the site visit. Included in the e-mail should be the names of who will be attending, company name, and phone number. This requirement has been set asided 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334119. The small business size standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation will only be available through FEDBIZOPS (www.eps.gov) --NO HARD COPIES will be sent out, except for those contractors who show up to the site visit.
