Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to acquire, under Simplified Acquisition procedures, MSE ATM Cables, NSNs: 5995-01-478-7094, 5995-01-478-7101, 5995-01-485-7013. The requirement will be a Firm Fixed Price ( FFP) contract for quantity of 33, 46, 33 each, respectively. This procurement is a Sole Source buy, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( C )(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), to General Dynamics, Taunton MA.
