Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract for the resurfacing of approx. 27,045 Sq. Ft. of existing interior concrete floor in Building 9 at Tobyhanna Army Depot. Work to include, but is not limited to: removal o f yellow painted stripes; preparation of concrete; repair of cracks or imperfections; applying a three-component, trowled, epoxy mortar system to interior concrete floor; and incidental related work. Estimated magnitude is between $100,000-$250,000. Solici tation is unrestricted. NAICS is 238190 (Other Foundation, Structure and Building Exterior Contractors), average annual receipts $12.0 million. Solicitation number W25G1V-04-B-0010 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronically only. Any amendments will also be issued electronically only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d), and 14.205-1(a).
