- Description
- This is a re-opening of solicitation N00033-04-R-5258. The substantive changes are that we have changed the laydays. Voyage charter of U.S. or foreign flag non-self-sustaining vessel or vessels with sufficient capacity either individually or in combination to transport cargo listed in Box 2 below for trans-shipment at Talamone Anchorage. Maximum draft is 3 meters. Minimum required speed 8 knots laden in moderate weather. Multiple voyages are permissible if required. In case of multiple voyages, laytime stated in Box 4 shall apply to each voyage. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904 and Section IIIA.3 of the Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement (VISA) (see 69 FEDERAL REGISTER 25166-25168, May 5, 2004), preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels and VISA participants.
