Description

The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a sole source purchase order pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.302-1 to AMGRAF, Inc., 1501 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO 64108, for the acquisition of One-Form Designer Plus software maintenance to include enhancements and updates. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 13 (NTE) $100,000.00. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by submission of a proposal. Responses must be received within seven (7) calendar days of this notice. Vendors signed proposals must include price, terms and conditions, point of contact, (name, telephone number, email address and fax); Government contract or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), GSA Number (if applicable); performance period, business size, payment terms, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Dun and Bradstreet Number. Interested parties may submit a response no later than 2:00 p.m (EST), September 7, 2004, to the following address: Internal Revenue Service, National Office Procurement, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, Suite 500, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. Responses must arrive at the place and by the time specified above. Offerors wishing to submit facsimile responses to this synopsis should submit them to (202)283-0610. Please reference Number W-4-W1-17-ES-A02 000. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, no solicitation document exists and requests for such will be considered non-responsive. Oral communications are not acceptable and will not be honored. If no proposal is received that provides clear and convincing data in writing substantiating the vendor?s ability to perform the entire requirement, the Government will place an order with AMGRAF, Inc.
