Description: 1. The Statement of Work is revised as follows: Delete SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND SUBTASKS #8. This system is being procured under a seperate requirement, HQ0038-4219-0004, Automated Media Monitoring & Research System. 2. Questions and Responses: Question #1: Will the government provide the broadcast video feeds to the contractor's location or is the contractor responsible for making such arrangements? Response: The government will provide broadcast video feeds to the contractor's established location. Question #2: Should the Firm Fixed Price submitted by offerors include the cost of the advanced audio/video database (task #8), or will the successful offeror be permitted to research and/or develop possible database tools after contract award after determ ining the precise interface/functional needs of the end-users? Response: The offeror(s) does not have to include the cost for an advanced audio/video system in the firm fixed price. A separate RFP has been issued to support this task. That information will be made available to all potential offerors on or about 15 Sep 2004. The current solicitation will be extended in order to provide offerors time to assimilate the new information into their proposals Question #3: Will the successful offeror be expected to provide database administration or other technical support under task #7? Response: Yes. 3. The response date is changed to 21 Sep 04.
