Description

NA Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish and install concrete graveliners for Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 Southeast 240th Street, Kent, WA 98042-4868, from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 (base period) with up to two (2) 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2007. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard is 500 employees. Requests for a hard copy of this solicitation must be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests should be addressed to DeSherryl Prather, Purchasing Agent, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, Centralized Contracting Division (41D3A), 5105 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-3903. Hard copy solicitations will be available on or about September 10, 2004, via the ordinary mail.
