Description

This solicitation announcement is amended as follows: (1) The requirement to provide the Coulter Epics XL-MCL 4-Color with Flow Centre is hereby deleted, as this equipment is already provided under an existing BPA with Beckman Coulter. (2) The requirement to perform CD4/CD8 CPT and T & B cell panels-tetra color as they are provided under an existing BPA. (3) Delete the Immunotrol (high/low for 2 instruments) as it is not a test requirement. (4) The system requirement is changed to read: The Rocky Mountain Consolidated Contracting Center intends to negotiate sole source with Beckman Coulter of Miami, FL to provide Leukemia/Lymphoma panel Tetra 2-Color Cost-Per-Test (CPT) to the Eastern Colorado VA Health Care System (ECHCS) using the existing Coulter Flow Cytometry System. Unique requirements for service are that CPT services shall be performed on the Coulter Epics XL-MCL with Flow Centre as this system is currently under contract at the ECHCS. All Flow Cytometry CPT Services are required to be performed on a single unit as it is not economically or administratively feasible to manage two separate contracts and equipment to perform the same function as a single unit. (5) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
