- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport is soliciting for Landing Gear Doors, 3 EA, in accordance with drawing 1128B40901 and all associated drawings. These are subcomponents of the tailpipe assembly for the EA-6B aircraft. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport also intends to procure all the tooling required to manufacture the landing gear in the future. First Articles, 1 EA, may be required. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345 as access to the drawings is subject to the Arms Control Act (see note 8 for further information). Delivery is required no later than 11 May 2005. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures utilizing best value evaluation of offers. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code for ! this requirement is 332710 with a size standard of 500. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 7 Sep 04. The closing date of the solicitation will be 17 Sep 04, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and on the Keyport Acquisition homepage at http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to powersm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov ). Any questions should be submitted in writing via ! the fax number provided above or e-mailed to powersm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
