Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) proposes to increase the level of effort being provided under Contract No. PBGC01-CT-04-0695 with Zen Technology, Inc. Under this contract, Zen Technology is performing ongoing support to PBGC's Insurance Operation Department's Procedures Manual Team. An increase of 2000 hours per year for option years 1 through 4, this is necessary in order to perform additional services to support the increasing workload associated with terminating plans and processing participants. It is in the best interest of the PBGC for the current provided to complete this work by modifying the existing contract. This modification will ensure continuity of work and accuracy in execution. This is not a request for proposal. See Note 22.
