- The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to the following questions: Question 1 – Is there any previous contract award for the same services; and if so, what was the total contract price? Answer 1 – No, there has not been any previous contract. Question 2 – What are the categories of cost, such as salaries, travel, etc., for purposes of price proposal? Answer 2 – Salaries and benefits since this award is a fixed price contract. Travel is separately funded under the Representative Nigeria budget.
