- ********************* AMENDMENT 01*********************** The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Incorporate 16 each tablet PC carrying cases to the requirement. (2) Incorporate a 3 year parts/labor warranty to the requirement of 16 each Tablet PCs. ********************* END OF AMENDMENT 01*********************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is GPCTWCF(LG)43 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This acquisition is 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The associated NAICS code is 423430 with a size standard of 500 employees. Contractors shall submit a lump sum proposal for the following items: 16 each Tablet PCs. Manufacturer: Gateway; Part number: M275XL ?OR EQUAL This acquisision will be paid via Government Purchase Card (GPC). All responsible SDVOSB sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Place of delivery and acceptance, FOB destination, Charleston Air Force Base, S.C. 29404. Contractors shall also submit completed clause, FAR 52.212-3. Offeror Representation and Certifications, Commercial Items.
