Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for various Reagents to include the use of a HPLC System, Bio Rad Laboratories Model Number AS-100 HRLC, Brand Name or Equal. Orders to be placed on an as needed basis. Items to be shipped within 5 days after the order is called in for routine orders and overnight shipment for refrigerated items. Payment will be made for actual requirements filled/provided by the vendor via the Government Credit Card. Period of performance is fr om 01 Oct 04 through 30 Sep 04 with four one year options. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation Number W8 1K00-04-T-0528 will be issued on or about 9 Sep 04 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/gov_personnel_main.cfm.
