Description

The E/A will verify record drawings and existing conditions, prepare fully developed construction documents (drawings and specifications), cost estimates and provide certain construction period services as outlined by supplement ?A? to SF-252 for Project 655-05-101 titled Replacement of Fire Alarm System at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) at Saginaw Michigan. The new system shall be a supervised zoned addressable multiplex communication fire alarm system. The design effort will require preparing a complete set of existing fire alarm demolition drawings for Medical Center Buildings #1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 19, 21, 22, & site. The design effort will also require preparing a complete set of new fire alarm system drawings for Medical Center Buildings # 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 19, 22, & site. E/A shall retain the services of a fire protection engineer as part of their team. Numbered Note 24 applies. Two copies of SF 254 and SF 255 should be addressed to Department of Veterans Affairs, Aleda E. Lutz VAMC, attn: Carole Soule (90), 1500 Weiss St, Saginaw, MI 48602.
