Description

This is notice that DISA intend to award a sole-source contract to Software & Management Associates (SMA). SMA owns all proprietary rights to the software's source code and is the only known source for licensed updates, revisions, etc. The Scheduler Software supports Unisys Clearpath systems at Montgomery AL, Ogden UT, Oklahoma City OK, and on a non-DISA system in Europe. The period of performance is Oct 1, 2004 through November 30, 2004. However, a one-month extension may be incorporated into the contract by modification, if necessary.
