Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain three separate services for USDA Forest Service and USDI Bureau of Land Management (BLM) employees and their eligible immediate family members. Services include the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a wellness testing program (blood profile) and a support service for critical incident debriefing. Availability may vary per agency. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract, other than the Employee Assistance Program all other items may or may not be ordered.
