Description

The Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) intends to negotiate an increased scope in research services provided by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Commonwealth currently provides services for the implementation of an industry based survey for Altantic Cod distribution. This proposed action is anticipated to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $100,000. The statutory authority for this action is 41 USC 253 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source.
