Description
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) seeks to award a contract for Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) infrastructure support services. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be for a base period of one year and four additional one-year option periods. This requirement is anticipated to be a competitive 8(a) set-aside under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541519. The current ECC Infrastructure utilizes Interactive Intelligence, Inc.?s (I3) proprietary Customer Interaction Center (CIC) software and Stratus Technologies? fault tolerance (ft) Servers. To be eligible for award of the resulting contract, vendors must (1) Be an authorized partner in the I3 Partner Program; (2) Provide certified and experienced personnel to support the I3 Customer Interaction Center (CIC) software and (3) Provide certified Stratus support. Further instructions will follow in the Request for Proposal. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made available on USPTO?s business opportunity Internet site at http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/ac/comp/proc/currproj.htm by the end of calendar year 2004. Interested parties are responsible for checking the website regularly for release of the RFP and for other procurement-related documents. Since all procurement-related documents will be released via the Internet, a mailing list and list of interested vendors will not be available. Interested firms officially certified by the Small Business Administration as 8(a) must respond to the RFP in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract.
