Description

As previously advertised, there will be a Pre-Proposal Conference from 10:00 A.M. to approximately 12:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 21, 2004. The conference will begin with an overview and then a question and answer period. The conference will be held at the CORPORATE II Building, Conference Room S400, 9201 Corporate Boulevard, Rockville, MD 20850. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend this conference. Due to space limitations, each attendee must notify the Contract Specialist, Ms Susan Pearlman, 301827-7046, Email: Susan.Pearlman@hhs.fda.gov and spearlma@oc.fda.gov by September 16, 2004 (4:00 P.M. EST) if they plan to attend the conference. No hardcopies of the solicitation will be available at the conference. Attendees are encouraged to download, print a copy of the solicitation from the FedBizOpps website, and bring their copy with them to the conference. The solicitation shall be posted on the FedBizOpps website by September 14, 2004. All prospective offerors should submit their questions concerning the solicitation by sending Email to the Contract Specialist at her email address listed above. For questions submitted prior to the conference the Contract Specialist will provide the questions and furnish oral answers at the conference. Questions may be received at the conference and/or by September 27, 2004. This is the only individual to whom questions should be addressed. All questions and answers will be posted on the FedBizOpps website by September 30, 2004.
