Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center anticipates award of a sole source commercial contract to Ikon, Austin, TX for continuation of Canon copier maintenance services. To the best knowledge of the VA, Ikon is the sole authorized provider for these services. Responses to this notice must be in writing and must be received by 3pm (cst) on September 17, 2004. Third party firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that the firm has been granted rights to provide the services being procured. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discresion of the Government. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
