Description

NA The VA Boston Healthcare System, 150 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02310 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with DATALABS to purchase an additional 150 user licenses (to include remote access) for the DATALABS Clinical Trial Management Software and technical support to include setup of DATALABS Clinical Trial Management Software, on-site training of Research and Information Technology staff, set-up of a dedicated call center/help desk and installation of periodic upgrades of client software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received not later than 10/25/04 by 4:30 PM Local Time. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
