Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide inspection and maintenance of communication closets air conditioning units. The maintenance will include, (a) clean and change all filters every two (2) months, (b) clean all air-cooled condensers two times a year, (c) install in all condensate pumps, scale removing tablets for pumps and condensate drain lines. Any parts needed will be included under this contract, located at the Edward Hines Jr., VA Hospital Hines, IL. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 through with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. The resulting binding agreement will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business, Set-Aside. NACIS 235110 ($6Million). Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2004. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about September 10, 2004.
