Description

Dyess Air Force Base wishes to technical and configuration management of the Hospital Telephone Appointment System. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212 and the small business set-aside standard is $21,000,000.00. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Set-Asides for Small Business IAW FAR 19.502-2 and is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation (FA4661-04-T-0125) will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. Solicitation will be posted on or about 13 September 2004, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must be registered with the CCR at https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/. Telephone requests will not be honored.
