Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604- 04-R-6132. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 23 and DFARS Change Notice 20040608. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.204-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5, 52.217-5, and 52.219-6, and DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A. This purchase is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 to The Mathworks Inc. Supplies required are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement will be for software and software maintenance for 12 months. This RFQ has the following line item(s): Software: CLIN QTY SUPPLY/SERVICE DESCRIPTION 0001 9 ea MATLAB 0002 1 ea Simulink 0003 4 ea Curve Fitting Toolbox 0004 7 ea Excel Link 0005 6 ea Image Processing Toolbox 0006 9 ea Signal Processing Toolbox 0007 4 ea Statistics Toolbox Proposals must price each above line item listed. Delivery required within 10 days of award. FOB destination, net 30 payment terms.
