Description

THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IAW THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.THIS IS ISSUED AS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.THIS DOCUMENT AND INCORPORATED PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES ARE THOSE IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS. REQUIREMENT Provide annual maintenance for 20 Xerox Large Format Printers. Estimate 5000 linear ft per month. Weekly preventative maintenance which will include inspection, cleaning of printing chambers, and overall operation of each of the machines. Estimated time for preventative maintenance if 80 hours per month. Remedial maintenance will occur during regular business hours. Spare parts will be provided on a cost reimbursible basis. Please submit your proposals in the following format: WORK ESTIMATED COST PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE REMEDIAL MAINTENANCE SPARE PARTS Your response is requested not later than 20 Sep 04.
