Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to provide Paging/Voice Mail Services for the time period 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. Service will be for Motorola advisor FFP-Gold alpha numeric pagers (107 units). C overage must include New York State: I-81 from Alexandria Bay, to the PA line, Auburn to Utica, Utica to Tupper Lake, Watertown to Potsdam. A down time notification policy is required. The following clauses and provisions are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (returned with your offer), 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition s-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, 252.212.7001-Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Ite ms.
