Description

This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), Fort Sam Houston, Texas to award a purchase order to Logical Images, Inc.; 3445 Winton Place, Suite 212, Rochester, N.Y. 14623-2950, for the Office of The Surgeon General, F alls Church, Virginia, to provide access to, Visual Dx, a point-of-care clinical decision support software package for the diagnosis of dermatological diseases. This is a sole source procurement, CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Logical Ima ges, Inc.; under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) is 518111 and the size standard is $21M. The period of performance will be 13 September 2004 through 12 September 2005. This notice is neither a re quest for quotes nor a solicitation of offers. However, all responsible offers will be considered. Award will be made on or about 13 September 2004.
