Description

This is a notice of intent of the Center For Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, TX to award a purchase order to OVID Technologies, Inc., 100 River Ridge Drive, Norwood, MA 02062 for the subscription of their biomedical online databas e retrieval services and full text journals for concurrent user licenses at 35 Army Medical Command Medical Treatment Facilities (MEDCOM MTFs). This is a sole source procurement. The CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with OVID Technologies, Inc. , under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). However, all responsible offers will be considered. The performance period will be 30 September 2004 through 29 September 2005. The NAICS code for this procurement is 518111 and the size standard is $21 Milli on. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers.
