Description

Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for the following reagents: TRIMA LRS PLT PLASMA RBC SET, SN ELP W/LRS CHAMBER AND SHARPS, THERAPEUTIC PLASMA SET, LRS EXT LIFE PLT W/SHARPS (DOUBLE ARM), ACD-A SOLUTION (750 ML), AND AS-3 SOLUTION/RBC SOLUTION (1000 ML). Period of performance is from October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR part 12. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation number W81K00-04-T-0608 will be issued on or about September 15, 2004 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone request s or fax requests will not be accepted.
