Description

Single award term contract Date of Award thru September 30, 2004 for DOJ-Columbus, for the Cincinnati Area office. These specifications cover electrostatic copying in black ink and/or full color of single leaf products, reports, manuals, tri-folds and litigation. Operations required include copy pickup, electrostatic copying, binding, packing and delivery. CAT. I: Electrostatic Copying of Single Leaf Products, Reports, Manuals, Tri-folds, approx. 53 orders, 2 to 250 pages/covers per order, 3 to 100 copies per order. CAT. II: Electrostatic Copying of Litigation?s, approx. 10 orders, 100 to 600 pages/covers per order, 1 to 10 copies per order. Pick up from and deliver to Cincinnati, Ohio with occasional copies f.o.b. destination via traceable means to Columbus and Dayton, Ohio. Production time 1 to 4 workdays. RESTRICTION ON LOCATION: All production facilities used in the manufacture of the product(s) ordered under this contract must be located within a 30-mile radius of Cincinnati, Ohio.
