Description

This is a notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract for service under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to 10k Wizard. The scope of work includes providing unlimited access to the full text searching and real-time alerting services on SEC EDGAR filings, Insider Trading Data, fundamental financials, international reports a historical index of all SEC paper submissions back to 1966. The services are being procured under FAR Part 13. The above named vendor is believed to be the only source for this service. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Interested contractors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing by fax or e-mail to Debra Chapman no later than 2:00 PM EST, Friday, September 17, 2004 The contact information is as follows: FAX: (202) 942-4994; EMAIL: chapmand@sec.gov. Capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
