Description

HCR 024L4, Tractor/Trailer Service needed between Northwest Boston P&DC, MA, Boston P&DC, MA and Boston AMC, MA. Annual Schedule Hours= 11,323. Annual Schedule Miles= 198,828.9. Three (3) Two Axle Tractors and Six (6) 48 Foot Trailers are required. "J" Hooks are required in all Trailers. This is a Fixed Rate Contract that is NOT subject to Economic, Vehicle Insurance, Tolls, etc. or any other type of Adjustment other than Fuel Adjustments based on the USPS Fuel Management Program or SCA Adjustments after Two Years. The Contract may be terminated by either party upon Sixty (60) Day written notice with No Indemnity or Liquidated Damages applied. This Contract is Renewable. ***IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN SCHEDULE, TOLL ROADS MUST BE USED INCLUDING THE MASS PIKE (I95/128 & BRIGHTON TOLLS) AND THE TED WILLIAMS TUNNEL.
