- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is only an announcement; quotes are to be requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The Solicitation number is ACL-4-Q-0027 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This request is a small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 237310 - $27.5 million. The requirement is for a firm fixed price contract to include all furnishing of labor, material, transportation, supplies, equipment, and supervision to provide the maintenance and repair of three parking lots to the Air Marine Operations Center, 1355 Customs Way, Bldg, 605, March Air Reserve Base Riverside CA 92518. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All Contractors submitting a proposal are reminded that you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be considered for award. The website for CCR is http://www.ccr.gov. Quotes are solicited FOB Destination to Riverside. A site visit is scheduled for September 22, 2004 at 0900, (See RFQ for pertinent Information on site visit). Delivery is required for all items 30 days from award of contract. All Quotes shall be submitted no later than 1200 (12:00 p.m.) PST 27 September 04 to Claudia Marquez via fax or mail. Quotes can be sent via US Postal Service to PO Box 30080, Laguna Niguel CA 92607-0080 Attn: Claudia Marquez. If quote is to be sent via Federal Express, address should read, 24000 Avila Road, 5th Floor, Laguna Niguel CA 92677, Attn: Claudia Marquez. Faxed quotes should be addressed to Claudia Marquez (949) 360-3013, and clearly state the solicitation number on the first page to ensure receipt. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all pages of the quote reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation. Award is anticipated on 29 Sept 2004. Offers, including price, are binding for 30 days after submission and written acceptance of an offer by the government will result in a contract.
