- Solicitation number SP0450-03-R-3168, LTC03067009794, NSNs 6810-00-958-9970 and 6810-00-964-8945 for Monoethanolamine Chelated Solution. Amendment 0003 to the solicitation is issued effective 10 September 2004 to extend the closing date until 24 September 2004, dissolve the small business set-aside to make this an unrestricted procurement, delete the First Article Test Requirement, add a Production Lot Testing requirement, and add, revise, and delete clauses related to the changes. A copy of the amendment will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home on 16 September 2004.
