- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued by the 9th Contracting Office, Beale AFB, CA for 1 each Featherlite Model 4927 Trailer, 24 ft. with Living Quarters (standard requirement only, no options). Offers proposing other than Featherlite will not be considered. This document is prepared in accordance with the format found in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This electronic annoucement is the only solicitation being issued and quotes are being requested. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Soliciation number F04666-04-Q-V065 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This soliciation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. This Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 423110, small business size standard of 500 employees. Place of delivery is Beale AFB, CA. Delivery : FOB point is Destination. Delivery is on or before 01 Nov 2004. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registrations requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Quotes are due no later than 3:00 pm (PST) on 20 Sep 2004. Quotes will be evaluated on price. Funds are not currently available for this requirement. An award resulting from this solicitation is contingent upon availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Quotes must be valid until 01 Oct 2004.
