Description

This serves as a "Notice of Intent" to issue a purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Andor Technology, South Windsor, CT on a Sole Source basis to purchase a DEMO-I*Star ICCD Detector, P/N DH-720-25F-03 with I*Star PCI System Controllor Card, P/N CCI-010, Andor Multi-Channel Detector Data Acquisition Software, P/N MCD and Andor Software Developer's Kit, P/N SDK-CCD. This requirement is determined to be available from only one source because of the unique features and proprietary nature of the system. No formal request will be issued for this procurement. All potential offerors should contact the Buyer/PCO identified in this notice for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. Andor Technology is a small business and FAR Part 12 applies. All interested parties must be a small business.
