Description

The Dept of Pathology, Biochemistry Lab, Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii has a requirement for cost per reportable test agreement. The govt requires lease of contractor-owned COBAS INTEGRA 800 Chemistry Analyzer Model 800 and support equipment to include scheduled and unscheduled on-site maintenance services at no cost. Operator retraining to include tuition, airfare, lodging, means and local ground transportation at no cost. The govt will be invoiced on a monthly basis. The invoice amount will be based upon the actual meter reading test counts from contractor owned equipment. They are 5 level chemistries tests. The Govt anticipates to award a FFP contract for the base period 1 Oct 04  30 Sep 05 with (1) year option. Closing response date is 15 Se p 04, 8am HST. This requirement is unrestricted to all business concerns.
