Description

The Bureau of Reclamation Snake River Area office is seeking sources for the following requirement, per RFQ 04SQ1100160. A. The Contractor shall furnish eleven solid state microprocessor based circuit breaker tripping unit retrofit kits for the ITE type KB station service circuit breaker at the Anderson Ranch Powerplant. B. The contractor shall furnish one solid state testing device for tripping unit retrofit kits specifically designed to be used with the retrofit kits being provided. C. A Contractor's installation specialist shall travel to the Anderson Ranch powerplant, located about 25 miles north of Mountain Home, ID, to assist plant personnel in installing, setting, testing, and commissioning the first retrofit kit. D. The Contractor shall deliver all supplied equipment to the Anderson Ranch Powerplant at HC 87 BOX 77, 20465 NE South Fork Rd., Mountain Home, ID 83647. E. The Contractor shall furnish an Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manual with each retrofit kit provided. 2. BACKGROUND A. Anderson Ranch Powerplant is located in Elmore County, Idaho, on the Boise River about twenty-five miles north of Mountain Home, Idaho.
