- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Business Furniture Installation, Inc. for the purchase of the following system furniture lateral file cabinets to match the existing furniture. (1) Three (3) drawer lateral cabinets, Width: 36?, Height: 40 7/8?, Weight: 165lbs, Color: Charcoal, Qty = 61, (2) Five (5) drawer lateral cabinets, Width 36?, Height: 67?, Weight: 240lbs, Color: Charcoal, Qty = 15, (3) Steel Lockers with Hat Shelf, Coat Rod & Locking System, Color: Sand, Qty = 8. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Business Furniture Installation, Inc. under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Business Furniture Installation, Inc. The NAICS Code is 423420. The small business size is 100. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 ?Simplified Acquisition Procedures?. No solicitation is available. Closing date is September 17, 2004.
